  • Brand name(s) and Model number(s)
  • Are there any old units to be uninstalled and/or hauled away?
  • Will the appliances be onsite, or will you require a delivery of the product?
  • If this is a new appliance purchase, please provide your invoice and/or order number.
  • Do you have a specific date request for the installation?
  • Is the residence ready for the appliance installation?
  • Are all water, electricity, gas, cabinets, countertops and floors installed?
  • Payment type: Cash, Check, Credit Card (all credit card transactions will automatically add a 3.5% fee to your total)
